"Deep red; the lifted nose has plums and sweet spice (cardomom and cinnamon), with mint and chocolate oak characters; the palate is full-bodied but refined with some expressive berry fruit, plums, liquorice and complex, spicy oak; great depth of fruit which will ensure the longevity of the wine and also makes it wonderfully mouthfilling; velvety tannins, which, combined with the rich fruit and spicy oak, give the wine great length of flavour". 14.5% alc. pH: 3.44; TA: 6.59 g/LWinemaker’s tasting notes:

"Deep red in colour. The lifted nose is a complex mixture of lush blackberry fruit, dark plums and spicey oak. The palate is pure opulence with stacks of berry fruit, liquorice and dark chocolate oak. The tannins are velvety and approachable giving the palate weight and richness. The wine finishes with great length of liquorice and coffee characters". 14.6% alc.Winemaker’s tasting notes:
