Ratings, Reviews and Tasting Notes

An un-oaked blend of mainly grenache and shiraz, with small portions of touriga and sometimes mourvedre. Impressive quality for not much money.

Winemaker’s tasting notes: "Vibrant, cherry red with purple hues; a complex nose full of delicious cherry, boiled lolly and raspberry notes, balanced with sweet hay, pepper, spice and a fresh floral lift from the Touriga component; medium in body, a youthful and refreshing palate filled with cherry, raspberry, licorice and pepper flavours; subtle and soft tannins provide for an enjoyable, persistent finish". 57% shiraz, 37% grenache, 6% touriga. 14.2% alc.
