Winemaker’s tasting notes: "Deep raspberry/cherry colour with a mauve rim; ripe red fruit aromas with subtle cherry/plum overtones; spice and forest-floor characters complement the regional earthiness; generous Pinot Noir flavours fill the mouth, framed by an even, long palate structure; fine French oak is well integrated on the nose and palate".
